Default Tonight at 8pm, the 2010 NHL Draft Lottery

The NHL will host the 2010 LG NHL Draft Lottery at 8 p.m. on April 13 to set the order of selection for June's Entry Draft. The program will be televised on Versus and TSN, and streamed live on NHL.com.

Odds

25.0% - Edmonton Oilers
18.8% - Boston Bruins (from Toronto)
14.2% - Florida Panthers
10.7% - Columbus Blue Jackets
8.1% - New York Islanders
6.2% - Tampa Bay Lightning
4.7% - Carolina Hurricanes
3.6% - Atlanta Thrashers
2.7% - Minnesota Wild
2.1% - New York Rangers
1.5% - Dallas Stars
1.1% - Anaheim Ducks
0.8% - Pohenix Coyotes (from Calgary)
0.5% - St. Louis Blues

6.2% chance of getting 2nd pick
18.5% chance of getting 7th pick
75.3% chance of getting 6th pick

I still find it hilarious that Boston is about to get either Hall or Seguin. Trade Kessel, get a bounty, and pick a young stud. AND they're in the playoffs.

Secondarily, there's Phoenix with 100 points and The Gary's pick.


I saw it suggested somewhere that Calgary trade Iginla for Boston for the No.2 and rebuild.

That was a stupid move by Toronto, even if Kessel was 100%.
