I will say this... if a ping-pong ball "cheats" EDM and TOR out of the top two picks, and gives the #1 overall to a south-of-the-border non-hockey market team, the wailing throughout the land will be unsurpassed.

My first real look at this on mynhldraft.com
is if they cannot get El Nino at 7-8-9, move down and get extra picks.. Not thrilled about Connolly and Sheahan (although i hope to watch him more closely in the NCAAs) and don't trust the Russians. |

I agree with CT. If you can't get Neiderreiter, I think you move down and try to get an extra 3rd that we can package with one of our other 3rds to move back into the 2nd round. The Bolts need a 2nd round pick.

Agreed, so many good picks that could be around when we pick, wouldnt make sense to remove that choice for a 3rd or 2nd rounder.
