Fadden on the move

Fadden dealt to Tri-City

Hopefully this gives his year a kick-start. TC currently holds a slim 2 point lead over Tokarski and Spokane for first in the US Division. (SPO with 2 games in hand)

I was reading somewhere (I can't find it now) some fans of Fadden's old team talking about him being dealt because of attitude issues... any truth to this that you know of?

He asked for a trade two weeks ago because things weren't working out (don't forget, Lethbridge wasn't expecting him back and had moved on personnel wise - they were trying to fit him back in). I haven't heard anything about attitude in the LET-TC trade, but rumors were flying he was a malcontent and Seattle dumped him on Lethbridge because of character issues a couple years ago. It's one of the reasons he fell in the draft, too.

I haven't read anything in the past year or so about Fadden that would indicate he's been a problem. Most of the stuff in the press around the trade was about getting Mestery (who the Lightning wanted badly at the draft), and is dealing Fadden another Colton Yellow Horn situation (dealing an offensive star who breaks out even more with a new team)?

What ever happened to him? I thought he was putting up great numbers in prospects tourneys the WHL etc yet Tampa didnt sign him?

He's playing in Austria this season.

Tonight, Mitch Fadden plays the team the originally drafted him. Tri-City Americans take on the Seattle Thunderbirds.

I plan on attending the game. I will try to give you my impression of him. Keep in mind, I am no scout

Also, this is the 5th game in 6 days for Tri-City.
