Not that he's done anything particularly bad himself but Sustr is -2 in his first period back with the bolts. They might have rushed him back into the lineup a bit soon since he just came back from injury in Syracuse just last week.

I actually think he has looked pretty good. You can't blame anyone but bishop on these goals.

Sustr says "I belong" happy for him to get the payoff this year of his first goal.

On a related note, Cooper and Bowness really activate their Dmen in the offensive zone. I love it.

Good old reverse psychology right there. I question Sustr's play and he scores. I'll try it again. Purcell sucks

Oh, good luck with that one. Can't unscramble that egg.

How about Malone is slow?

I posted that right before he took that 4min high stick. I am sick of him. He makes slow reaching penalties. What exactly is he bringing again? He doesn't fight. He's not protecting top 6 guys at all. Sit him with Ohlund and be done.

Default I only get the Stars feed

and they are reiterating our complaints about how slow our "veterans" are. Named Salo first then Brewer and finally Malone. Have only seen the game since the 2nd int and they characterize Filp as a turnover machine tonight. Of course they are sucking up to the line and loving on Palat,

What did Gudas do? We own the territory in the 2nd so I guess the 3 goal was a real sucky first?

found a gif. Hard to tell but Radko was not as innocent as I hoped.

I don't know. The only thing I can think of is he might be a good voice on the bench to help the young guys with certain things Personally I'd play Crombeen over Malone if you want that physical presence in the lineup. Crombeen knows his role and skates well enough to actually hit the guys he is trying to hit instead of how Malone charges towards a guy and has to let up since the guy already got rid of the puck before Malone could reach him. When the bolts were down 2-0 I'd bet everything that Crombeen would be begging any Dallas player for a scrap to change momentum and Malone doesn't do that either so....

It is a bit ridiculous how long Crombeen's been sitting out. He really needs to be back in the mix come playoffs.

Purcell meanwhile can't even stay on his skates tonight. Kudos to our PK though with some great kills. Not sure why we have it together a man down but not when the numbers are even.
