Default 3/17 Lightning vs. Leafs

I'mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm back!!!

Game Time: 7:30 PM ET

TV: TSN (HD),SUN

Game Preview: NHL, Yahoo!

Colorado Springs was... COLD... It also featured Florida native Jester driving in the snow... (4 wheel low, stay below 30 mph)... Also, important safety tip: wipe the show from around the top of the door off unless you want a wet seat... good times....

FAN590 in TOR is reporting that Curtis Joseph in net tonight against Tampa.

And... as reported in other thread(s)... Matt Lashoff recalled from Norfolk this morning and expected to make his Lightning debut on the blueline along with Krajicek, Smaby, Murphy, Welch, and Petiot.

... and here's hoping they give Lashoff a real number.

(checked)

TBL.com has their roster updated. It's 55. Not bad... it was kind to Sydor in 04 ... 50/50 on O'Brien. He wore No.5 in Kitchener... and 5 is open here. Odd.

There are bigger worries, to be sure.

And the good news is... I don't see Koci on that list of blueliners!

I'm pretty amped that I get to watch this All-Star caliber D from 4th row seats tonight!

It was also Drew Bannister's number.

Apparently he's in Germany now, playing for the Kassel Huskies, who are coached by none other than...

STEPHANE RICHER?!???

The hockey world is a small one...

Some notes from Cristodero this morning: Ramo starting, the PP is 8 for 26 in the last 7 games. Tocchet's thoughts on Karsums & Murphy too.

Very interested in watching Lashoff. Hoping Arty continues to irritate the Loafs.

I hope Arty does *more* than irritate the Loafs. Like go stand in front of the net and abstain from channeling Kharitonov in some attempt to stickhandle laps around the offensive circles.

I'm with R2 in that I don't really see why that guy has his panties in such a bunch. It's not like he was speared in the groin or something.
