Cannon shot, great one-timer, mobile, and even though he's a little undersized Dumba can wreck you if you have your head down.

Annoyed Dumba switched away from 55. He had it at one point in time.

Heard that. Kucherov and Vasy probably were aware and let Yzerman know. Igor Larionov recently said 99.5% of players in KHL could not make NHL and that in KHL good teams only have 4 competitive games during season as many teams offer little resistance

The economic conditions in Russia and in the KHL mean there are now 3-4 super teams like SKA and yeah, the rest of the teams are a smattering of Russian homegrown players and ex-fringe NHL'ers and AHL'ers.

Novokuznetsk couldn't pay its bills last season so they got kicked out of the league and Zagbreb pulled the ripcord and joined the Austrian league. The plan is for the KHL to contract by another 3 teams next summer.

They had some gutsy ideas like trying to have a Eurasian footprint that even exceeded the NHL's. Stealing Jokerit out of Liiga and Bratislava out of the Slovakian league was pretty amazing... basically poaching the top franchises from the domestic leagues of their respective countries. And, putting a team in Beijing, China really probably is a master stroke. But they expanded too far too fast.
