I still like Jason Robertson and Jonah Gadjovich. Not playmakers, but they both can put the puck in the net with the best of them in this draft class.

I like Hague and Timmins, no reason to go away from D now. We have a terrible track record of managing our goaltender assets.

Freaky sized D, power forwards, and smurfs with good numbers are the only exciting picks left on day 2.

Ratcliffe is falling

Default Volkov

Any information on Alexander Volkov? Evidently, excellent speed and puck skills but needs to learn how to play defense..

Think you'll have to get any info from Murray and team, because I can't find shit on the guy.

At the rate we're going the bolts will be traded to the KHL soon.

Lipanov is really good though.

Default wonder who they were afraid might also be interested

he is truly stealth, really feels like a reach given how little info exists on the kid. If someone else had drafted him then this board would have been having fun ridiculing their choice. Way more than a head scratcher, surely would have been available in the 3rd and maybe the 6th given the paucity of info leaked or known. Not even on the HF board mid rankings of Russians only:

Lipanov also just signed to play in Barrie (OHL) next year so that is a major plus.
