Default no choice but to legally so declare

I have a friend who is the concussion neurosurgeon observer for the Titans in football, lots of BS malarkey asked to not comment on. He did the duty for 2 years and declined to continue. Another friend is a neurosurgeon who has been team doc for 2 college teams plus the Grizzlies, we at Vanderbilt cover the Preds. Same standards for kid concussions are not applies. Too much brain slosh not to have permanent long term effect, classic traumatic brain injury radiologic looking CT and MRI over time. Punctate bleeds and no way to measure impact long term. There are some great mouthpieces that improve play and head safety, Saints wore 2k mouth pieces the year they won the Super Bowl. Definitely worth the team cost to provide them if they do not already.

I would think that to take the NHL position after what has been shown with the NFL will set the NHL up for a substantial judgement against...

WTF could possibly be in a mouthpiece that makes it worth 2k?

Spongy plastics just aren't that expensive...

I read it to mean that they went through 2,000 mouth pieces in the season not that each one cost $2K.

Default each one cost 2k and they do improve

performance in golf, and essentially any sport that is founded on balance. The Pure Power Makkar mouthpiece has been picked by many pros (obviously they can afford the thing). No negatives that I am aware of and they are not constructed of pliable plastic. Not easily chewable like our guys do.
