Luckily there isn't much elite talent in this draft so the drop off isn't crazy for those teams that are going to be picking 4-6

LOVE Colorado fell so far. Though my thoughts of trading up with Vegas took a hit with then falling so far.

Happiest guy in the NHL? Taylor Hall.

Wondering what NJ might (maybe) look like next year with Hall, Kovalchuk and Patrick.

Since this got a ton of likes on Twitter, I'm going to repost my comment here:

Top 2 are in the metro conference. The strongest conference gets better.

Maybe we are lucky to be in the Canada conference.

Default Possible

Saw the name Klim Kostin as our potential pick at 14. Russian and had shoulder surgery. Read that he can be dominant but is inconsistent and is invisible on the ice sometimes. Wonder if Kuch would like him or would people be hearing words in Russian that might curl their hair.

Looks like with Nashville moving on, it has set our picks for the draft.

We have picks:

Rd.1 (14th overall)
Rd.2 (45th overall)
Rd.2 (48th overall)
Rd.3 (76th overall)
Rd.6 (169th overall)
Rd.6 (179th overall)
Rd.7 (200th overall)

Always nice to have plenty of top-60 picks to work with, even in a thin draft class. Lightning need to earmark one of those second rounders for a goaltender, IMO. For everything else, I feel like they should be pursuing the BPA.

Foote's a nice prospect. Conor Timmins is a nice prospect. There's multiple options if they want to improve their RHD depth behind Dotchin.
