Seats were $120 each.

Brown's GWG was scored on my site-line. Cameras didn't catch me though.

Solid win. 90 really showing up every nite. Not a fan of Ducks hockey. More like football on ice. No leaky goals for 88. 24 plays hard but too many third period penalties. Bishop... you are next. Will never forget that HBO segment with Stamkos and Bishop.

Think the Ducks might have been shafted on that big Vasy save. Hard to imagine the puck didnít get all the way across the line under his blocker. Oh well, Gibson stole 2 or 3 goals himself so whatever.

I think the puck was under his leg the whole time.

I think even if we ignored the rules and deduced where the puck should have been based on the pad, it still wasn't obvious that it had crossed. He stopped it in front of the line around the knee area, and then was sort of twisting counter clockwise while slightly going back. I don't feel guilty about the no goal

Yeah me neither. It's not like his entire leg was completely past the line. And you could make a similar case for the Callahan no goal, which means it's 3-2.

You answered why they weren't shafted. You "Think." According to the rules, there is no interpretation of where you are pretty sure the puck is, you need clear visual evidence that the puck was over.

The Cally goal was a goal as well by the same standard. The only way they got shafted was on Brownie's goal imo. Cally tripped the shit outta the Ducks D to free the puck for Kunitz to feed Brownie.

But you can't say that the Bolts didn't earn those 2 points because they were absolutely dominant for 2 periods. After getting home from the game I watched the Ducks broadcast team. Quote of the 1st period, "They only have to Zam one end of the ice..."

I thought it was a penalty when it occurred, but there was an angle on the local broadcast and showed that Cally just made a nice play.
