Default 2/9: Bolts @ ATL

Wonder who starts in net? Has Ramo played the Trashers yet? Holmer is 4-3 against them.

Start time at 7pm. On Sun.

I have to stand watch from 4pm to midnight with only a PC at my desk, so please give some nice updates on here. Well informative....I'll hope for nice ones.

Go Bolts!
There really is a smiley for everything on here. The popcorn one is good. We'll see if Roy gets that one again.

Any chance they could re-locate Tampa out of the South-least? Away from boring games like this one? Maybe it's just me but I tend to think the Lightning plays better hockey against teams outside this awful division.:heh:

The site I use for my fantasy team says it's Holmer. They base it on who's last off the ice. I didn't see anything locally to confirm that but they're right about 90% of the time

The Lightning play 7 games (including tonight) before the next trade deadline. The boys are 6-4-0 in their last 10 and hold at least a game in hand on all the other division opponents.

Holmqvist will play, IMO, until the Lightning commit to seller status and Ramo won't have to play with the playoffs on the line. As for Holmqvist being showcased, since he has no trade-value as a stand-alone asset, it WOULD seem the Lightning brass are hoping he can drive up his value as a throw-in on a deal, sale status notwithstanding.

Anyhow, anything short of a 5-2 run (10 of 14 points) and the Lightning should be overhauled, Ram(b)o start the bulk of the rest of the games for further seasoning.

EE reports as expected Holmer back in net.

Torts also gave reason for the 2nd line benching/Prospal po'd against Nash.

Personally I'd play the damn line, and make them pay in practice. Not playing a line wears down everyone else, decreasing the already low intensity across the board.

So how do you tell Your"Star's, "OK guy's now we are just going to season our Goalie", Just how do you tell Vinny," OK man just go thur the Motion's"

How bout you just tell to "Tank the Rest of season",You know so they can get that GOOD pick that is going to win them the cup.

Nope, players are paid to be professional and go out and play to win no matter who is the lineup.
That Ramo is in net is no big deal. Cripes, he should be starting now.

Yay for absolutely abysmal camera work..

Give me a break. Ranger played Hossa as fairly as possible and still gets called.
