Default 2/5 - Lightning at Blues

Did you ever have a team that you lived and died with and never missed and game? A team that you knew the players and really enjoyed going to brand new message boards and “talking about” almost everyday.

And then did you get to a point when you thought to yourself over your morning coffee (or other quality caffeinated beverage), “damn, I don’t think I care if I watch the game tonight or not”??? Well, that’s about where I’m at and I hate that.

Here is the official game day preview:

Tampa Bay Lightning.com

BTW, for my 1st GDT on the new boards, I dropped the “GDT” from the title since that’s all that is to be posted in this folder, I thought it might be a little redundant….

Don't confuse the issue with facts Jester!

Not yet Jester.
That could change if they were to trade MSL or make some silly moves (or no moves) at the deadline.
I still love watching them, analyzing them, cheering for them. I have to admit though, the tough losses don't affect me as much. If they were on the edge of the playoffs, that Florida loss Saturday would have absolutely crushed me. Now it just makes me shake my head and move on.

It's not much fun watching a team lose night after night. I'll probably flip and check the score out tonight, between American Idol, House and Super Tuesday.

There's a new House on tonight? The one after the Super Bowl was pretty good.

Florida (who will probably be beaten handily) vs. u-tay, also in "rivalry week."

I am suprised that you would admit watching American Idol. I am not looking forward to this game. Legace is playing some really good hockey right now and we haven't won in St. Louis since 1992. Thank god for the wondorous technology that is DVR.

I can't decide between seeing the Bolts lose or seeing the Gators get blown out again. It's a tough choice.

Yup, I'm a fan. I blame my wife. And, yes, there is a new House on tonight. By the way, I just can't stand to watch the Floridas, Atlantas and Washingtons (even with Ovechkin). How these franchises have been able to survive up until now is beyond me.
