I just hope the team realizes this time that getting Boyle back is only a boost if they keep their own game at a high level. He's not there to pick up your slack. He's there to ADD to what you've already got. Actually if anything, you've got to pick up his slack these first games back for him..

You must not be a season ticket holder. That's not what I spent my money for.

I'm going to be optimistic. Try to be. In DC's blog he says Michel Ouellet is back. Maybe he'll score two goals like Boyle did.
He also says Holmer is starting in net.

Fortunately it won't be all minor-leaguers.

Possible exits include Boyle, who hasn't been there all year, Prospal, who will be missed, and maybe Kuba and/or Gratton. From the sounds of it, some folks would pay for Kuba to be off the roster, and with Grats... geez. What has he done that can't be replaced?

I don't think the drop-off will be too great after the deadline after they're sellers - if it gets to that point. A lot of that depends on getting something back of value that can step in. Junior Lessard should be getting his cup of coffee by the end. As may Keller.

I wouldn't mind seeing Lessard get called up. It really makes you wonder what his situation was with Dallas though, he had a fantastic senior year in college, great scoring at the AHL level the past 2 seasons, and they give him 8 NHL games in 3 seasons. Was it him or was it them? Probably could be a whole other topic itself...

I missed most of that disaster of a game last Thursday. Was Homer any better than Ramo? Guess we're just going with the lesser of two evils at this point.

True in some respect, but if you're out of the race for the playoffs, you have to think about next year.
Would you really miss seeing, Gratton, Hlavac, Ward, Karlsson, Holmer?

Welcome back Ouellet. How the heck do you miss that opportunity? Must have Hlavacitis now.

STL with Richards to start. Ouellet/Wallet with the Vinnys.
