Most interesting takeaway for me: "Only one-third of our income is based on attendance."

I thought most teams derived the vast majority of their revenue from attendance. Where do the other 2/3's come from? That can't all be corporate sponsorship and tv revenue...Maybe they get a cut for each 5 guys burger sold?

Some teams get a lot from concessions and parking, not sure if that's true here since they only get a cut from the city garages & don't control a lot of the other parking. In Chicago (and probably elsewhere) they control all the concessions, but I have no idea what their cut is here.

Corporate sponsors & luxury boxes are a big chunk for most teams is my understanding.
