God, I loved Andre but listening to the radio today you would think we just got rid of Gordie Howe.

Could be anything. We'll probably know more once he signs somewhere, see what role he'll likely be taking & how much money he'll be getting.

Damn, I thought Duemig would still be out of town so I didn't bother putting the radio on at all.

He is but the sub is trying to be Duemig-lite (Duemig Lite, for when you just have to avoid a DUI). This annoying woman who has to cry out no less than ten times that she is "Roy Girl", knows Chief, has signs at the Forum, etc. was bitching and then it all went downhill from there. I turned it off before that idiot CV could chime in.

Yeah I have it on now. I'm surprised this guy is putting up with it, if it's the replacement I'm thinking of he's all about baseball & nothing else.

I'm sure Duemig will revisit the topic once he gets back too, that should be fun.

Gratton was such a waste of $$ and a pick last season. Gooooooood bye.
Roy will be missed, but not by me. I liked him more off the ice doing his "Rap'n with Roy" than I did when he was on the ice doing "Crap I'm Roy." I know he'll be deeply missed by MANY fans in Tampa though. I recall one of the features on the team website of "Ask a Bolt" and a good portion of the questions were for Roy. Also my friend who works there loved him and so did many of her co-workers. If he just did a little more and gave a little more he'd almost be worth the money. But his salary did not equal is work.
And gooood bye Gratton! Did I already say that?

Yeah, because the previous coach in an asshat didn't have any effect on how his players performed.

Good riddance to the Turtle, and Goertzen....

Here's to hoping Roy and Gratton land on their feet and we don't find out the new owners aren't more full o'shizit than they already have been....

Not every Lightning fan will be of the new Buttman era peggy flemming eurotrash mold....some watched the game before he got his hands on it and ruined it.

Am I asking for bench clearing brawls? NO....just simply to make this great sport what it once was....but that's throwing a penny into a bottomless well....

How sad is it when hockey has become about as tough as baseball and basketball? Well, minus the little prick agitators, who the players aren't allowed to touch, even if they blind side a player or hit them from behind.

Here's to Matt Cooke ringing Vinny's bell again, and nobody answering.

I sincerely hope that if Cooke tries to ring Vinny's bell he gets clobbered.
