I for one actually feel there is the potential for a significant benefit by having Panik with Nate. Nate has been rendered almost worthless due to the fact his normal linemates are pushing wheelchairs while they skate. Maybe Panik and Nate can energize each other a bit and actually have a hard-charging and 2/3's fast skating 4th line.

Lets hope he takes his opportunity and runs with it, or is it skates with it. Either way hopefully BC provides them with a reason to keep him here

Carolina no longer in our division, still in the conference; Bishop tonight and Lindbackup vs. the Blues still would make sense IMO. Alternatively if Bishop excels again tonight as he did vs. NJ, you could play him again vs. STL; if he kicks ass again, next game isn't until Thu. the 7th. You don't want to overwork him but it's pretty early in the season and he's young yet. Either way he's shaping up to be a quality #1

Carolina isn't a division foe. I guess a wild card foe.. I would use Lindback tonight against a team we usually play really well against, and Bishop tomorrow because he will be pumped to play his hometown team (and also because I'm going to the game tomorrow!). Either that or Bishop back to back.

Tonight's my birthday though so win one for me, boys!

Happy Birthday! Hopefully they win tonight for your actual birthday and win tomorrow for your birthday present

Nate has missed having Tom Pyatt out of the lineup

Bishop in tonight. Anyone see who's in net for Carolina? Does anyone know who's playing net for them at all these days?
