Default Lecavalier re-signing watch

Might as well get this started, as one of my favorite sources (that's sarcasm) RDS is saying we're going to re-sign him to a "Mariage pour l'éternité".

I hope they're right for once

TSN picks up the story.

I had thought we'd be looking at another 4-5 year deal for him, now I'm thinking closer to 10 year. Excuse me while I get all giddy.

I see they've got him in the shirt! I'll dig the link out & put it in the Stamkos thread.

Here is a rumor I have seen.

"The Tampa Bay Lightning are reportedly on the verge of signing star center Vincent Lecavalier to a lengthy contract extension. The latest speculation has the potential deal being worth close to 64 million over 8 years "
