Good to see there are no 10 or 10:30PM games scheduled, maybe I can actually stay awake and watch this series

I'm wondering if the Knights have finally met their match. This could very well be a short series if the Jets can keep their play up.

I'd say similar to the Bolts/Caps first game. Vegas was "rested" and Jets' motor was still running at 5000rpm. Second game in both series should be a better gauge of where things stack up.

Unlike the Bolts effort, the Knights are bringing the physical AND their speed in the second game. This is more of what I expected.

Also unlike the Bolts effort, the Jets have come storming out of the gates down two goals to start the third period. All over Vegas, earned a power play for their determination, and scored.

And then, a minute later, VGK's version of our Braydon Point, Jonathan Marchasseault scores his second of the game. That is a serious playoff hockey team..(well, they both are).
PM correctly said the Knights got pushed around in game one, but not this one. Pretty solid effort-no passengers or guys out for a skate.

As I watch the Knights possibly go to the SCF in their first year, I understand it’s a great story for the city. But I also can’t get past that it is so unfair to the long suffering fans elsewhere, such as in San Jose, who were cheated out of their opportunity to play for a championship by a rigged expansion system.

That second save was overrated. Schiefele had most of the net to shoot at and shot it right at Fleury. The first save was fantastic though.
