I thought Drouin was playing more a north/south hockey also and does not seem to be forcing his moves. Plus he has a shoot first mentality. Yeah I counted 4 give always but no harm from them. Taormina is playing well, thought the chemistry between him and Drouin on the PP was good. Some better passing on the PP but still a dumpster fire. Bring on Oates.

Everyone will score before Flip. Loved the smile on Drouin's face when he went back to the bench and the coaches were patting him on the back. Reminded me of Torts and Vinny in '03`04.

The Lightning have clinched home ice. I'll post the rest of the scenario as soon as this Flyers/Leafs game ends.

If we can be better on home ice than we were last postseason that would be nice.

By not winning the division the Lightning get an easier playoff matchup. Ha ha, Turds.

If we can score more goals during the playoffs than last year I will be very happy. Nice game we needed that win. Home ice for the first round ok let's get em boys.

If Drouin wants to consistently put the puck in the net, starting now, I'm all for his return.

The Lightning have clinched 2nd place in the Atlantic, and will have home ice in the playoffs. Their opponent will be either Detroit or Boston. Here's the rest of the scenario.

Tampa Bay: The Lightning's game against Montreal on Saturday night is completely meaningless. Unless they magically invent some injuries for emergency recalls (Flip has a hangnail, Carle stubbed a toe on a stack of $100s) they won't be able to go full-scrub, as the Lightning have no regular recalls remaining.

Detroit and Boston: Both teams are fighting for 3rd in the Atlantic. They both have 93 points and one game left. Detroit has the ROW tiebreaker.
* Boston plays Saturday against Ottawa (1230 PM).
* Detroit plays Saturday against NY Rangers (1230 PM).

Philadelphia is fighting for the wild card. They have 92 points and two games left.
* Philadelphia plays Saturday against Pittsburgh (3 PM).
* Philadelphia plays Sunday against NY Islanders (7 PM).

One of Detroit or Boston will take 3rd and play the Lightning. The other will be in the hunt for the final wild card spot with Philadelphia.
