I'm wildly jealous of the skiing you are getting to do. Of course, it's near perfect weather in St. Pete over the last few weeks, so that lessens the sting.

My daughter just returned from a trip to Park City with a fractured tailbone. Ouch!

Come on up, we can tear it up....well, I don't ski the bumps too much any more, but smooth steep blue / black / double black diamond (see White Heat) with a decent machined groomed on it is ok. Since I don't get a chance to wear it much, and saw a few Bruins jerseys last weekend, I think I am wearing my Lightning St. Louis Bolts third jersey this weekend on the slopes.

With spring weather coming in, Sunday River will have bands outside on the weekend and its a Maine, NH, Mass party.
Foggy Goggles makes a killer totally loaded bloody mary.

BTW, I have tapped my 6 maple trees (only 7 taps, or buckets) and am boiling sap now and got a great sap run yesterday. 9 gallons of cold clear maple sap tucked away in my snowbank "refridgerator" waiting for the turkey burner. Already have boiled 10 gallons from last week yielding a bit less than 1/2 gallon of pure maple syrup sweetness.
Going to boil beyond 219F to make sugar on snow, (a thick gooey layer of maple syrup boiled just before it hits candy stage) with my grandsons soon.

Enjoy St Pete weather now cause I lived in Florida for 21 years and know whats coming starting in April.

Expect better effort Saturday. Have to have more of a shooting mentality especially Kucherov who had no SOG last nite.

With his wrist shot, anytime he’s top of the circle, even if he doesn’t have a clear shot, he needs to let it go. He needs to watch some Bossy tape..

No word on their availability, but both McDonagh and Rutta are on the ice for the skate in regular jerseys.

All I care about is staying ahead of whoever wins the other division so they have home ice if they get that far.
