Lightning Bring Back Hall, Wyman

(Tampa Bay Lightning press release) The Tampa Bay Lightning have re-signed forwards Adam Hall and JT Wyman (pictured) to contracts, Vice President and General Manager Steve Yzerman announced today. Hall’s contract is a one-year, one-way deal, while Wyman signed a one-year, two-way contract.

“I’m happy and excited to be returning to the Lightning for the upcoming season,” Hall said. “The expectations for this year are understandably high, and I look forward to contributing where I can to help the team return to the playoffs with the ultimate goal of winning the Stanley Cup.”

Like last season, surprised they retained Hall with our forward depth, but glad to see the potential return of the DNA line.

No surprise. He's by and far and away the best faceoff guy on the team. Undervalued skill and not sexy, but coaches love guys like him.

We missed Hall that year he sat in the minors. Think the team learned its lesson.
