then ask for a blood or urine test. They will give it to you.

Driving is a privilege and not a right. That is why they have the warning on the bottom of every license about what will happen if you refuse.

Don't think so, but if you look just above one of their pocket flaps many will have a pin saying so or one that says something like DUIU.
