But boy, what a difference no Marty has made with this team. Whether he had a legit reason or not, pretty clear to me at least he really hurt the morale of the team by how they have responded.

Also, I'm very interested in this lineup (especially when kucherov gets another crack). Its like cooper has decided he doesnt have the players to hot or play physical, so instead of putting a few guys out there that might do it a bit, he is just going pure speed to just straigh outrun the other team

Maybe it's hurt the morale, maybe not. Hard for me to say for sure sitting on the internet.

I think it's clear that the team's overall skill level has decreased without him, but it was the hand we were dealt I suppose.

Damn "Honda I like it!" commercial is stuck in my head.

Also, I'd much rather see Kucherov in Purcell's current spot and Purcell in Kucherov's current spot.

I don't know, we haven't seen the team look like they have the past three games since probably thr first of January. Definite assumption, but something I'm reading at this point (tobe fair, there are other reasons there play could have picked up as well).

Ah, I misunderstood your original post, I thought you were saying that the team's morale had been hurt since he left, not before. You make more sense now haha.

Default watching Aule in particular but also Pyatt

it is easy to see why there are no trade partners and yet they are actual almost positive contributors tonight. Carle and Salo have been passed and superseded by Barberio for a long time the way I see things. Obviously that is limited to what SSN shows me, but I agree that Pussell needs to sit and rest for a few games. Even his stick handling has failed him.

Pyatt's been one of our best forwards for a few games now, imo. Aulie's been serviceable as well I think

Purcell has one huge problem that k have really noticed tonight. He ALWAYS makes the low percentage play. Instead of pass in to the point, he will try to thread through 4 people, or a no look backhand pass as opposed to playing the boards.

Also, Palat HAS to get up with stamkos.
