There was actually a "rumor" on Twitter that Trump told his people he wants to replace Spicer with O'Reilly. Never will happen.

All in all a pretty good 24 hours. Ossoff took 48% in the opening round of the GA-06 special election, which probably gives him a 50/50 chance of winning the seat in the runoff. O'Reilly canned. And Jason Chaffetz won't run for re-election in the House because he's soft.

Conspicuous lack of turnout by the Patriots for their White House visit for Trump versus the turnout for Obama.

Watch Trump have a meltdown over it.

CNN is reporting the US is issuing charges to arrest Julian Assange.

Maybe he can hide behind his Kazakhstan Union of Journalists award.

HAHAHAHAHA.....you are real funny pete. That was just one of many awards WikiLeaks has received over the years.

If I had a say I would toss him in a cell and throw away the key. Or better yet give him old Sparky........I would turn off all my power to ensure they had enough juice.

Jeff Sessions is amazed "a judge on an island" can make rulings on immigration. Just wow.

Sessions is "amazed" an "island in the Pacific" judge can block the travel ban. Just like how I'm "bewildered" a "racist elf" can be AG.

Trump ends his first 100 days with a historically low 39% average approval rating for the first quarter and only one legislative accomplishment... which was the theft of the seat on the Supreme Court bench. Other than that, he's pretty much been a failure. Muslim Ban was struck down in court. ACHA was shot down in cold blood in the House, although Zombie ACHA is apparently set to be brought up again soon (which I predict to be a big negative for the GOP). No tax reform bill. No border wall authorization or infrastructure spending package. No secret plan to defeat ISIS (that doesn't exist) rolled out.

Basically, Trump's wasted his first 100 days when his political capital should be at its greatest. Politically, he's a small-handed, impotent little man.

Having a low approval rating in the first quarter of a Presidency doesn't mean it's automatic that you're a one-termer. The second lowest in history was Clinton in the mid-40's. But, Clinton at least got his budget and tax package passed in his first legislative battle on the Hill. Trump's got nothing, and shown no real sense that he'll ever get the organization and discipline to get his crap together and be able to actually, you know, govern.

If only there had been some way of knowing that an undisciplined, unfocused, unprincipled, and unprepared campaigner would have turned out to be an undisciplined, unfocused, unprincipled, and unprepared President.

Don't blame Trump. He did everything to prove that he was a bigot who didn't spend time on issues and was totally unprepared to be President.

His followers are oblivious. The have been posting that he has more accomplishments than any other President at this time. For example, one of the big claims that is being posted is that he has already brought back 235,000 coal jobs. At coal's height, the labor statistics say there were 225,000 coal jobs and that 180,000 existed when Obama left office. Trump followers now believe that there are now 415,000 people working in coal. The ignorance is unbelievable.

Next week, we may see a government shutdown.
