Anyone really looking forward to this?

Poor NHL reffing helps us for a change. I'll take it.

Really seems like the opposing goalies are playing their best games of the season against us lately. That could have easily been a 4 or 5 goal night if Bob wasn't as locked in as he was.

In the bad old days it also seemed like every goalie was playing their best game of the season against us. That was rarely the case. Bobrovski, yes. Varlamov? No.

Regardless, that was desperately needed after the debacle last night. Hopefully they can squeeze a couple of points out of Boston and Washington and keep from making the hill that much harder to climb.

That non-call which led to Stamkos' goal was painfully obvious. I can't believe they didn't call it.

Varlamov probably had his second or third best game of the season last night and stopped a breakaway and a wide open net attempt that Maroon had.

I thought the “crunch” line played like three junkyard dogs that hadn’t eaten in a few days. Consistent puck pressure because of their speed afoot. Killorn continues his strong and smart play, as good as I’ve seen in quite awhile. Cirelli just continues to improve and impress. Damn good for a B2B game.
