Default 2/12 Bolts vs Flames 7:30pm

OK I saw the scratches earlier now I can't find it.

Looks like the injury bug is making an appearance, hope it moves on quickly.

Flames not only get doused, they get dismembered.

And Miller is playing his best hockey of the year. Good to see on all counts..21,37,91, 86, 9. Stout game from all of them, and a statement.

Even without Palat and Cernak they held the Flames to 12 scoring chances, 22 SOG, and halfway through the game they'd only surrendered 8 SOG. None of us know exactly how good this team can be when they're completely switched on, and that should scare the brown runny out of the rest of the league. They're playing with teams like cats play with mice most nights. Tonight they got serious and they embarrassed a pretty good team.

That was a statement ass-whooping even with the refs spotting CAL a goal or two.

Flames looked very much like pretenders to the crown. Right this second I'd put Winnipeg and San Jose clearly ahead of them, and the Predators likely as well once they get rolling into the playoffs.

Saw the condensed game highlights. It was.

BTW, I played high school hockey against Jonnny Gaudreau's father Guy Gaudreau. He played for North Country High School in the Newport Vermont area.
My senior year I moved to Defense, and mister man he was unreal to cover. Very fast and shifty skater, had a great shot and could stick handle as well as anyone I had played against to that point.
I could be wrong, but I think Guy is also in the Vt Sports hall of fame.
So its cool to see his boy make the bigs.

Yup, thats him.
