Malone's eye is gonna look pretty bad tomorrow. Already looks purple and slightly swollen.

Hugeeeee play by kucherov. Awesome backchecking... SFY has a huge grin on his face right now.

And the refs suck tonight.

2 blown icing calls, hedman called for blowing on a player.

1-2 now.. Fantastic.

Pretty good little scrap there. Crombeen has improved since last year.

The problem with this team is they do not see the ice that well. I see play after player get free with a clear line to the net and they just hold onto the puck. The kids need better ice vision.

It looked to me like Thompson turned a little late. I know Pecham said he didn't but I'd have to see a slowed down replay to be able to tell for sure.

By the way Yzerman, look at that St.Louis fella. He's pretty good at hockey

Default Refs

Worse refereeing I have seen in awhile. Kane should have been thrown out for 3rd man er asshole in for jumping Brewer who was standing up TP big buff? WTF! I was shocked shocked to see Brewer take him on and look like he was holding his own. Jets are just a cheap shot team what trash. Anyway Pay Windah way to go Marty and guys to pick up another 2 points.

I fully enjoyed that game. Lindback was solid, nothing spectacular but he didn't have to be, so that was good. Very emotional game reminded me a lot of the old Thrashers vs Bolts games at the forum. Nasty and with the bolts winning.

Oh and the big proverbial middle finger by St.Louis to the guys that didn't pick him for team Canada was a nice touch to cap the game off
