Default 4/4 Bolts @ Leafs 7:00 pm

Them again? This schedule is so weird

News from morning skate is Girardi is skating

Joe Smith
@JoeSmithTB
Dan Girardi said he’s been on the ice the last 4-5 days in Brandon, working with strength coach. Could play Saturday, depends on how he feels after practice tomorrow #TBLightning

Sure. You'll miss out on a better overall effort from a team defense/structure standpoint. They got back to better habits as the game progressed. It wasn't perfect, it never will be. Stralman looked better as well as the game went on. Made a couple good plays to defuse dangerous situations later in the game as well.

Patient structured game. The Marner goal against was a combination of a good play at the blue line and a softie from Vasy. Other than that, the Bolts controlled the puck more, managed it better when they weren't able to make plays with it. Stamkos was the best player on the ice.

Thank you, zeyk! I mostly am concerned with habits at this point, so hearing that they looked better is encouraging.

Honestly, our guys have had little to play for for going on a month, and they're putting on a decent showing more often than not.
