They bill themselves as a progressive PAC. They've supported a handful of Republicans over the years, but 95%+ Democrats.

VoteVets.org is a political action committee (PAC) and 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization in the United States.[1][3][4][5][6][7] It was co-founded in 2006 by Jon Soltz and Jeremy Broussard.

Initially composed of United States Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans, the organization views defense policy as an American priority. In 2020, the stated goal of the PAC is to elect veterans to public office that "fully support our men and women in uniform."[2] According to the group's website, in 2020, the group is backed by over 700,000 supporters, including veterans, military families and civilians.[2]

VoteVets.org describes itself as a progressive organization, but has endorsed Democrats and Republicans for office.[2] In media, they have been described as "closely aligned with Congressional Democrats," and "liberal" by The New York Times and The Washington Post.[8][9][10]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VoteVets.org

It was formed by a group of Iraq and Afghanistan vets who were pissed at Dubya, and their first cycle was the 2006 wave election where the Democrats took the House and Senate.

Fake news. They didn't call 2Dubs and his buddies, who are wholly representative of the entirety of polled respondents.

TY. The twitter comments made it sound like they leaned right but flipped, the bounty revelation being the last straw

Jacksonville just enacted a mandatory mask order for anyone going into a business or a public place where social distancing is not possible.

Sucks to be a Trump supporter right about now Better get the National Guard ready now for all the delegates ready to scream and flash their weapons about their rights being infringed

I wonder if they're going to put down social distancing stickers so that they can actually fill the place... unlike Tusla.

Oh boy. This is trending right now. Basically protestors broke down the gate of this private community and marched toward the house of the Mayor of St.Louis. This couple scared away protestors who entered their yard by brandishing guns.

Meaty article but detailed and worth the read for an informed opinion. What do you all think? I don't buy their explanation that they felt threatened, you don't run onto your front yard flashing firearms if you fear for your life, but honestly I don't blame them for protecting their home and themselves if they did encounter armed protestors like they say they did. The protest stopped being peaceful once the gate was destroyed, and with mob mentality you never know what may transpire.
