Certainly very interesting (though not overly surprising) moves. I think Conacher will bring a nice boost to this otherwise Stamkos-centric offense, can't wait to see how it looks on Saturday!

His skating has improved and he loves to crash the corners, sit in front of the net and will stand up for his teamates no questions asked. He knows his role and I think his productivity could suprise the team. When you think of the second PP line he could fill that Malone hole versus having a percy float the wings.

The team had a deficit in toughness and if he just fills that spot that is a high value product. The other thing and it's mentioned by all of his teamates in both the AHL and now NHL he has a sense of humor and just loves the game of hockey. I'll take that over anyone who tends to loaf for 1/2 of each season before the lights go on.

I saw that the 4 players we put on waivers cleared. Taormina, Wyman, Wilson, and Angelidis I assume would now be assigned to Crunch?

Wyman, Wilson, and Angelidis reassigned to Syracuse today. Against the CBA (at least the old one) to reassign an injured player.

Haha. But apparently his glove hand isn't all that great

(Also, I wonder why the image didn't appear on my computer.. I just heard about the story, hence the response.)

Dunno. The only reason I knew you had linked something in the first place is from the img tag in your quote when responding. Wonder if anyone else has this issue?

Edit: Worked fine when I loaded it in Firefox. Sounds like another Chrome issue.
