This looks like last year's trip to the Superdome. Sad.

I stopped watching at halftime and went Christmas shopping for my kids. Had a most enjoyable rest of the day. If the Bucs can quit playing, I can quit watching too...

Finally the defense and secondary in particular plays with some pride. They just barely escaped being the worst pass defense of all time, by about 20 yards.

Nice finish, no quit in the team like last year's finale in Atlanta. $40M to spend in free agency and a pick in the top 15, we may be able to contend for a playoff spot in 2013.

It better come out after this game that Christian Ponder has to have his arm amputated. That's the threshold of acceptability for making me have to watch this kid Webb pretend to play quarterback.
And that Texans/Bengals game was unwatchable, too.

For the love of God will the media stop hyping Ray Lewis as the greatest thing to ever play football. And Goodell wanting to hire Ray is just further proof he wants to unseat Bettman as all-time worst commissioner. From the years of watching the guy, I honestly think he is a bit overrated. He was a very good LB, but he is not an all-time great to me. He gets run over plenty, and is out of position plenty, but having a bunch of other greats around him masks it.
Also, lets not forget that his career should have been over 13 years ago... http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports...-2000/1566198/ |

ESPN and the rest of the media should be ashamed that they got duped by the Mantai T'eo hoax. That's amazing. You could make a very strong argument the guy wouldn't have been a Heisman finalist without that back story, and God help us all if he had won it and this came out.
