The key to that wording, as presented, is the designation of Long-Term Injured Reserve. Panaccio is implying a player who doesn't have that designation (LTIR) can still be bought out, even if injured. I'd love to get clarification on this as well as whether Ohlund was ever placed on the LTIR or the regular IR list.

I don't know if that's a requirement but everything I've come across that references Ohlund's injury designation does not specifically state that he was placed on LTIR.

Honestly, I'm glad Gamecenter isn't free. The servers would be CRUSHED with all the traffic -- it'd be unwatchable.
