New Affiliation discussion

Timothy, I think the new agreement will be announced next week. Syracuse has already indicated they are going with new team colors and logos. They want to reveal the new colors and logo at the affiliation announcement and the new jersey right before the start of the season.

I don't think the Syracuse owner Dolgon would wait until mid-July to announce. He jumped the gun early on when he announced the end of the affiliation with the Ducks and that he had an agreement with a new parent club. Evidently the league told Dolgon to cool his jets until the season is over. Well it's over now.

From a practical point of view Syracuse needs to get this announcement done so they can begin to market the new team for the Fall, especially for season tickets. Couple that with the rebranding, I say next week.

I still don't understand the rationale of the Bolts management for this move. But then I'm just a pawn in the game of life.
