Nah, expect a lot of stick waving and confusion.

Hedman just destroyed Hemsky. He had a nice Jedi pass for the first goal too.

Roli playing well from what I've been able to see. Seems like he's had to, have not seen a lot of shots from us. |

Not that it means much, but that must've been the best shootout performance from our shooters all year.

Nothing made me happier than seeing Omark denied.

This was a fun game to watch. Open game. It didn't seem like the Lightning were held virtually shotless in the 3rd period.
I was saying they deserved to lose in a shootout with the way that PP looked in OT. Horrible. No movement. Let me sit around and stick handle for another 7 seconds. Go ahead and rest up, killers. Good to finally see a shootout win and goals scored by people not named Dominic.

Well done MM26. Your description is concise and totally accurate--kudos to Victor Hedman on the 1st goal allowed for a textbook illustration.
Here I fault the coaches as well, though. Nobody that they would have hammered with sound advice like "On a one-on-one, see, you take the body, not the puck...every single time. Any part of that you don't understand? Want it in Swedish? Play the MAN, not the puck!" would ever then stand there and fan the onrushing forward like Hedman did on the Oilers' first goal. Looked like the gatekeeper at a military base waving an officer's car on through. That said, what an unbelievable, playoff-type performance by Roloson. He more or less single-handedly hung the team in there long enough for the tie. Wouldn't it have been awesome to see the game won in OT somehow? I hate shootouts. Speaking of that, how porous did Khabibulin suddenly become after the hockey game ended and the circus sideshow gimmick began? Purcell's shot was unbelievable, one for the ages--I'll never get how they roof it on the backhand from like six inches away. But I about fell out when Marty simply slipped it through the 5-hole right after Stamkos did the same exact thing. Amazing Hey, a meaningless "win" in the gimmick is still a win. Nicely done for the fans who boldly paid their money and showed up in person
