This draft should be more exciting now.

Is there a place you can go to find out who has what picks in this draft and upcoming ones?

Wikipedia has an up to date list of traded picks for 2012 at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_NH...t#Traded_picks Another possible source is the NHL mock draft site at http://www.mynhldraft.com/NHL-Mock-Draft/ Although it seems their picks aren't up to date with yesterday's trades as it still showing NAS with the 17th pick (which they traded to MTL). But I imagine it'll be updated soon. It already has us with DET's pick in the Quincey trade.

Conacher's signing is like getting another free draft choice.

And I've got a feeling he won't be the only one before the draft comes around.

If I understand the rules correctly, we could pick anywhere from #1, since we could still fall as low as 26 and win the lottery (I'm not checking to see if the teams below us play each other to know for sure) and #12, if we catch the Jets and someone just above us wins the lottery.

It seems like we've played ourselves out of the chance to nab Dumba, unfortunately, aside from winning the lottery. I'd still be happy with Trouba, Gachalnyuk, or Forsberg, or a few others.
I do like winning, though.
