I just do not get it. We have seen this over the past few years where local governments mandate a $15 an hour wage in order to give people a wage that is closer to what is need to live. Then once they pass these increases we see layoffs. So how does this help the person that is just trying to make it?

And then we have those on the campaign trail that have a $15 an hour minimum wage as part of their platform, and then we find out that these same people are not practicing what they preach.
