It was the fifth-straight for HV 71 against Brynas. Former Lightning netminder Johan Holmqvist, who stopped thirty-one of thirty-three shots in the match, took the loss. Johan Harju registered a game-high five shots-on-goal. Brynas (13-9-4-7, 54 PTS) continues its road swing Friday against Farjestads (14-10-4-4, 54 PTS), another club that has enjoyed recent success in meetings between the two clubs as winners of the last three matches.
