WHL
Spokane Chiefs 1 @ Brandon Wheat Kings 4
G Dustin Tokarski (http://www.boltprospects.com/dustin-tokarski), SPO: Loss, 19 saves on 22 shots
Season totals: 20 GP, 12-6-0-2, 1.78 GAA, .944 sv%, 3 shutouts
Tokarski lost his second straight start with an uncharacteristic three GAA game. The Chiefs were down just 2-1 with three minutes left in the game before Braydon Schenn, fresh off being named Central Scouting’s third-ranked draft eligible WHLer, added an insurance goal. Ryan Craig’s former junior team then added a late empty netter to finish the scoring. Tokarski still leads the WHL in GAA, save percentage (.924 next highest), and shutouts. He’s third in wins.
