NHL.com video won't play

I need some help and in easy to understand language.

When I try to play the videos on NHL.com, they won't play. I tried Chrome and it doesn't work either.

Any ideas what's going on?

i've tried chrome, IE, firefox and safari none of them work on nhl.tv

I could've sworn they used Silverlight for their videos, but looking at their FAQ I guess not.

They don't offer much help here, but you might want to check it out: http://www.nhl.tv/team/helpnet.htm The most likely culprit is old or corrupted Windows Media Player

This stuff looks like what NHL CI online reps use to troubleshoot customer problems, but I think they use the same software for their videos so it might be worth a look. (a lot of it is obvious stuff)
