Bolt Prospects rules force me to show balance by making the glass half full statement: the power play showed signs of life going 2-for-7 and the team actually played pretty well for about the first 35 minutes of the game. However, you continue to see two problems with this club. They get hemmed in and they don't have the experience and poise to release the pressure, and they're not disciplined enough to stay out of the box.

Janne Niskala scored his first NHL goal and was -1 with 3 shots in 15:17.

Steven Stamkos had 1 hit in 6:05. Seen Stamkos? The faithful at the Forum didn't much tonight.
