He finished second on the Grizzlies in scoring and tied for 11th in the league.

Season totals: 43 GP, 29-13-0-2, 1.87 GAA, .939 sv%, 6 shutouts

Fadden scored on a wrist shot over Tokarski’s glove on the game’s first shot, and the Americans would take a 2-0 first period lead 10 minutes later and hold on for a close 2-1 win. Fadden has a goal in four straight games. Chet Pickard was First Star, stopping 41 of 42 shots for TC. Spokane lost to Chet's younger brother, Calvin, on Friday night in Seattle. Tokarski got in a spat with Traverse City Lightning participant Kruise Reddick and earned a roughing penalty. Reddick got an unsportsmanlike conduct call. Spokane, who has won 5 of 9 against TC this year, is now six points back of the Americans for first in the US Division and the second seed overall with just one game in hand. The teams meet three more times this year.

Edmonton Oil Kings 3 @ Prince George Cougars 4 (SO)

Season totals: 40 GP, 17-17-1-5, 2.56 GAA, .911 sv%, 3 shutouts

Jung was 0 for 2 in the shootout. The Oil Kings pulled into the eighth playoff spot in the East with the point.

C James Wright, VAN: 0-1-1, -2, 2 PIM (tripping)
Season totals: 58 GP, 17-22-39, +18, 41 PIM

Wright breaks a 6 game pointless streak. Vancouver’s Evander Kane had a hat trick – including the OT winner – and an assist for First Star honors.
