Fadden is starting to heat up and is inching closer to his point-per-game standard now that he’s joined Tri-City.

"They've made it easy for me to ease right in," Fadden told the Mid Columbia Tri-City Herald. "They have a great team and I just want to help out. They get open and we have a good power play. It's not too hard of a pass to make."

In three games, Fadden has five assists and scored the game-winner in a shootout with Kamloops on Friday.

"When they settle into what we do, they are going to add a lot," Americans coach Don Nachbaur said of Fadden and defensemen Cam Stevens and Brock Sutherland, who came over in a trade with Lethbridge. "They already have. Mitch has put a spark in our power play. That's what good players do -- impact the game."
