Fadden had earned an assist in each of his four games with Tri-City before Wednesday night. Chet Pickard (Nashville) and TC were outshot 33-26 yet down just 2-1 before an empty netter sealed the game for the Rockets.

Last season he had one four-game losing streak (0-3-0-1, 10 GAA) and one three-game losing streak (0-2-0-1, 8 GAA).
