Hajek’s marker was the first of four straight by Regina, bookended by Hajek assisting on a Jared Legien (undrafted) power play marker in the 2nd that gave the Pats a 5-1 lead over the Blades. Sam Steel (ANA, 2016 1st round pick) notched five assists, Cameron Hebig (undrafted) scored twice, and Josh Mahura (ANA, 2016 3rd round pick) had a four point game inleading the Pats in putting up a touchdown against Saskatoon. Max Gerlach (undrafted) scored twice for the Blades.
