Day 1 Prospect Camp Scoring summary (updated)

Okay, somewhere this info got lost from my first post. At my age the details will be fuzzier than they were Tuesday evening, but here goes. 1. Black, Croxton (unassisted) Mihalik and grover were alone in the zone trying to bring the puck out.Mihalik on the left side tried to slide it over to Grover. The pass was much too hard skipping over Grover's and deflected toward the blueline. Croxton was hanging out along the wall outside the line. He outraced grover to the loose puck, took it in alone and tucked it in the corner just under Beech's padddle. Croxton was shortly after sprung by Quick on a breakaway, took it in looking for the same spot and Beech handled it easily. 2. Black, Boisclair from Desharnais.Desharnais pick up the puck in the neutral zone, went in for a 2 - 1, drew both the defender and Disher. Fed Boisclair for a tap in on the left side. 3. Black, Kvapil from Robinson & 1 other. Only tic-tac-toe play converted on the day. Robinson got the puck (perhaps from normal linemate Croxton) in the slot on one side of the net, quickly slid it across to the other circle where Kvapil blasted it home. 4. Black, Desharnais (unassisted) Fought for another errant pass just outside the blueline. Had room to get started skated laterally from right of the net between defenders down low to the left side and lifted it in. 5. White, Probably Wheat or Woolger on a tip of Barthel's shot from the point. The wrister from the left point started about ankle high and hit 1 - 2 white players and 1 - 2 black team members before passing Ramo at about waist high. Wheat played that wing, and Woolger usually centered this group and another player was over on Fuller's wing. So likely Wheat or Woolger on the deflection.
