The Attack blew open a 2-2 knotted game in the 2nd period, reeling off four unanswered down the stretch to take their second lead of the series. The teams traded 1st period power play goals, with Kevin Hancock (2018 draft eligible) tallying for Owen Sound and Morgan Frost (PHI, 2017 1st round pick) for the Soo. The teams then traded goals 14 seconds apart in the first minute of the 2nd period. But after that it was all Attack. Hancock paced Owen Sound with a pair of goals and Maksim Sushko (PHI, 2017 4th round pick) racked up three assists. The teams take a night off and then resume the series with Game 4 on Wednesday night at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound.
