Lightning defenseman prospect Slater Koekkoek is done for the season due to a right shoulder injury, general manager Steve Yzerman confirmed. Koekkoek, the 10th pick in the 2012 NHL Draft, had his left shoulder surgically-repaired the last two seasons. He'll be re-evaluated on Monday, Yzerman said.
